CAP Recruitment Fair

AADPRT will host its 2026 CAP Recruitment Fair via Zoom.

Fair date: Thursday, May 7, 3:55 – 5:45p ET

For Programs:

Program registration is full, however, if you're a registered program, you must also register for the Zoom meeting.

Zoom registration for registered programs only

Key things to know:

• CAP programs only.
• AADPRT INSTITUTION AND INDIVIDUAL DUES MUST BE CURRENT FOR THE 2025-26 MEMBERSHIP YEAR. 
• TD or ATD must be present the entire time.
• Current residents and PAs may also participate.
• No more than three representatives per program at a time.
• Presenters encouraged to spend no more than 5 minutes talking about program leaving 15 minutes for questions.

General Psychiatry Recruitment Fairs

AADPRT will host its 2026 General Psychiatry Recruitment Fairs via Zoom.

Tuesday, 8/4/26 3:55-6PM EASTERN 
Tuesday, 8/11/26, 3:55-6PM PACIFIC
Thursday, 8/13/26, 3:55-6PM CENTRAL
Tuesday, 8/18/26, 3:55-6PM CENTRAL
Thursday, 8/27/26, 3:55-6PM EASTERN

For programs:

• General Psychiatry programs ONLY
• INSTITUTION AND INDIVIDUAL DUES MUST BE CURRENT FOR THE 2026-27 MEMBERSHIP YEAR. RENEW 7/1/26 - 8/1/26.
• The first 25 programs to sign up are accepted for each date.
• You may only register for ONE (1) fair.
• Students rotate every 20 minutes (encourage them to do so).
• Participating programs will be listed on AADPRT's website with a link to program website, program description, and, if provided, a welcome video (produced by you/your program).  
• TD or ATD must be present throughout the fair.
• No more than 3 representatives per program at a time.

  • Presenting program (5 min)
  • Questions (15 min)
