For programs:
- General Psychiatry programs ONLY
- INSTITUTION AND INDIVIDUAL DUES MUST BE CURRENT FOR THE 2025-26 MEMBERSHIP YEAR. RENEW 7/1/25 - 8/1/25.
- The first 22 programs to sign up are accepted for each date.
- You may only register for ONE (1) fair.
- Students rotate every 20 minutes (encourage them to do so).
- Participating programs will be listed on AADPRT's website with a link to program website, program description, and, if provided, a welcome video (produced by you/your program).
- TD or ATD must be present at all times.
- No more than 3 representatives per program at a time.

- Presenting program (5 min)
- Questions (15 min)
