2024 Recruitment Fairs

Tuesday, 8/13, 3:55-6p CT
Thursday, 8/15, 3:55-6p CT
Tuesday, 8/20, 3:55-6p PT
Thursday, 8/29, 3:55-6p ET

For programs:

• Fairs are for General programs, not subspecialties.
• Each fair is limited to 20 programs.
• A program can only participate in one (1) fair.
• For programs (not med students): Institution and Individual Dues must be up to date for 2024-25 membership year. Renew between 7/1 and 8/1.
• Number of fairs reduced this year due to waning participation in previous years and many programs hosting their own fairs. Also restructured so four (4) dates available to all programs instead of only one date per region.
• Fairs are time zone specific.
