We look forward to gathering with you all in Dallas, Texas! This year’s Annual Meeting starts on Wednesday, March 4 and concludes on Saturday, March 7. The Program Administrator Symposium starts Wednesday, March 4 at 6:30pm CST with an optional social event and concludes Saturday, March 7 at 8:45am CST. During times without Program Administrator Symposium-specific events, Program Administrators are encouraged to participate in other annual meeting activities including plenaries, educational workshops, caucuses, skills fair, etc., beginning Wednesday, March 4 at 12:00pm CST and concluding Saturday, March 7 at 12:00pm CST. When making your travel arrangements, please keep this schedule in mind.

If you haven’t already, be sure to book your hotel room with the AADPRT room block at the Hilton Anatole Hotel. Click here to see details. You need not have registered for the meeting to book your hotel room.

Registration for the annual meeting is now open. Click the “Download Schedule” link above to review the Program Administrator Symposium schedule. During registration, you will select between the New Program Administrators University or Lifers Program Administrators University on Thursday and various PA Workshop Sessions on Friday. You will also want to review Meeting at a Glance to select your General Educational Workshops (#1 and #2 on Wednesday and #3 and #5 on Friday) and Skills Fair sessions on Saturday. Register early to ensure you get signed up for your preferred workshops as well as to secure the lowest registration rate!
