Caucus Committees

Membership Committee

Develops and maintains the mentor list, facilitates the annual ”Meet and Greet” event in cooperation with the Program Planning Committee, updates committee member lists, connects with new program administrators, and presents to and connects with new members during the New Program Administrator University program at the annual meeting.

Information Committee

Reviews/revises the Program Administrator section of the AADPRT website to ensure it is up to date and relevant. The chair monitors for trends and proper use of the listserv and is the Program Administrator representative to the Executive Council’s Information Management Committee.

Program Planning Committee

Develops the annual meeting program; confirming presentations and speakers, planning networking activities, and working with the Administrative Director on meeting needs. Post event, they survey attendees for feedback.

TAGME Committee

Educates members regarding the benefits of TAGME certification, sponsors the annual meeting certification examination and relevant workshops, and provides appropriate website updates.

Program Administrator Recognition Award Committee

Prepares application materials, reviews and evaluates nominees, notifies the award winner, and presents the award at the AADPRT annual meeting.

Professional Development Committee

Creates/maintains the Program Administrator handbook, creates/updates the basic job description, and presents on relevant topics at the annual meeting.
